When the clients built this new home, they were going for a modern vibe, but wanted it to feel inviting. All the walls were painted white and they put in a beautiful natural LVP floor.  When we visited the new home for our initial consultation, we knew we were going to work well together - we loved their taste and style!!

BEFORE: (The homeowner installed her own accent wall! Isn't it amazing?! We were quite impressed at her talent!)

These photos above, are the first room off to the left when you walk in the home.  It is an extra sitting room, perfect for the kids to play in or to have a coffee date or small group chat.  We loved the colorful rug that was in place, so we built our accessories and the wall decor to play off of and compliment the rug and day bed.

Their main living room took on a neutral color scheme, so we left the color to the other room and went with a mix of leather, wood, and metal to give this home a modern but warm and inviting feel.  We loved the stark contrast with the dark leather sofas mixed with white and added natural tones and textures to draw it together. The space fits their families needs perfectly, but with a trendy vibe.

We added a couple prints to the powder bath off of the garage entry.

We added a modern canvas and live plant in a footed planter to the landing on the stairs.

That's all for photos of this beatiful home, but before you go, had to let you in on fun tidbit about this homeowner and give them a shout out! For those of you who are local, this family owns Jacks Restuarant in Tremont.  If you haven't been there, make sure and head over. Seriously, their breakfast is the best! My hubby LOVES their breakfast skillets, and me and the kids LOVE their pancakes!! Good homecooking!:)
