Moving on to the main living room in this home project, and gotta say...this space has to be my absolute FAVORITE! We started out by choosing some large contrasting tile to accentuate the fireplace wall. Absolutely love how it created more of a focal point for the room.  We then moved the previous sectional in this room to the basement area, and ordered a new smaller one with a chaise.  We LOVED the clients large rattan chandelier and played off of the that to plan the rest of the room. 2 fabulous new chairs were added (notice the jute and metal detail;) along with a new rug, tall cabinet, coffee table, and art and decor.  The clean lines and color contrasts, just make me want to move this exact space to my home!

Open to the main living space, is the kitchen.  We updated some of the accessories and wall decor to coordinate with the new living room look.

We also redid the office that was a small room right off of the living room. It is also the "man cave" area of the home so we kept the accents masculine, but functional and inviting.
